I was skeptical about the boning, but it actually holds its shape without digging into my ribs. The instant hourglass effect is real — I noticed the difference the second I clasped it.

Wore this under a fitted dress for a wedding and the instant hourglass shape genuinely surprised me — no bulging or rolling at the top edge. The boning holds its shape through hours of sitting and standing, and I actually forgot I had it on by the end of the night.

The hook-and-eye closures are sturdy enough that I don't worry about it rolling up mid-shift, and the instant curve it gives under a fitted dress is honestly dramatic. I wore it for a full workday and the shape held from morning coffee to dinner.
